Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR & Accounts Associate to join our team. This role involves handling day-to-day HR coordination along with basic accounts and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and comfortable managing both people-related and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources
- Manage recruitment coordination including job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-ups
- Support onboarding and documentation process for new employees and interns
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and HR documentation
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication
- Assist in maintaining HR policies, records, and operational processe
- Support day-to-day HR operations and team coordination
Accounts & Operations
- Handle daily bookkeeping and maintain financial records
- Assist in invoice generation, billing, and payment follow-ups
- Maintain expense records and petty cash management
- Support account reconciliation and preparation of basic financial reports
- Assist with tax, compliance, and documentation-related activities
- Manage data entry and maintain organized records using Excel or accounting software
Eligibility:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, HR, or related field
Freshers and candidates with internship experience can apply
Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of HR operations and accounting principles
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
- Familiarity with Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar software is a plus
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, take ownership of tasks, and grow with the team.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
