Talent Acquisition & Pre Onboarding Support- Coordinate pre-joining formalities including offer letter generation, background verification, document collection across APAC countries. Ensure compliance with country specific pre-employment requirements Employee Data Management- Process employee lifecycle changes including promotions, transfers, reporting line changes, salary revisions and role updates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRMS (Workday, SuccessFactors or equivalent) for all APAC employees. Payroll Coordination- Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs for APAC countries including new joiners, exits, salary changes and leave adjustments. Ensure compliance with APAC country specific employment laws and benefit regulations (EPFO India, MOM Singapore, etc) Employee Exits and Offboarding- Responsible for executing resignation process, system access deactivation, Letter generation. Technical skill requirements Graduate from any discipline Experience working in HRM Platforms (Workday, PeopleSoft) Working knowledge of APAC employment laws and HR regulatory framework Proficiency in MS Office Excellent written and verbal communication skill Strong stakeholder management skills High attention to detail, strong analytical mindset and problem solving approach Ability to multitask in a timely manner
