Hiring: HR & Administration Manager (Real Estate)
📍 Location: Bengaluru.
💰 CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA (₹50,000/month)
🏢 Work Mode: Full-time | Work from Office
📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Sterlitee Developers LLP is a premium real estate developer headquartered in Bengaluru, focused on creating high-quality residential communities. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced HR & Administration Manager to build strong people practices and administrative systems across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across engineering, architecture, sales, CRM, procurement, finance, and support functions.
- Manage HR operations including onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, leave management, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Develop HR policies, SOPs, and organizational processes.
- Handle office administration, facilities, vendors, travel, assets, and statutory documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR regulations.
- Build a disciplined, high-performance work culture.
- Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in HR & Administration.
- Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience hiring technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, payroll, compliance, and administration.
- Proficiency in HRIS tools, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and basic reporting and data analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led organization.
- Experience managing HR and Administration independently in an organization with 50–100 employees is preferred.

Compensation
- CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA, based on experience, qualifications, and interview performance.
