Role: HR, Admin & Customer Support Owner (People & Operations)
Location: Thane

🚀 What this role really is
This is not an “HR executive” or “admin” role.
You will own the people, support, and daily functioning engine of the company—across both office and warehouse.
From hiring staff to solving employee issues, onboarding to exits, payroll to compliance, customer support to office administration—you will ensure the company runs smoothly every single day.
This role is for someone who can bring structure to chaos and get things done on ground.
🎯 What you will own
HR & Hiring (Core Responsibility):- Handle end-to-end hiring for warehouse, production, office, and support staff
- Build a strong pipeline for ground staff recruitment
- Manage screening, interviews, onboarding, and training
- Ensure quick hiring turnaround during scaling periods
Employee Lifecycle Management:- Own joining, onboarding, documentation, attendance, exits, and terminations
- Maintain employee files, records, and compliance
- Resolve employee grievances and people issues
- Ensure discipline, accountability, and smooth communication across teams
Payroll, Compliance & Employee Records:- Own payroll processing end-to-end (attendance, salaries, incentives, reimbursements)
- Manage employee compliance and statutory requirements
- Handle offer letters, appointment letters, contracts, NDAs, and HR documentation
- Ensure proper employee records, attendance, leave, and documentation systems
- Coordinate with accounts for salary processing and reimbursements
- Handle full & final settlements, exits, and compliance-related formalities
- Ensure compliance across both office and warehouse teams
Admin & Ground Operations:- Manage office + warehouse administration
- Ensure smooth daily operations across facilities
- Coordinate with vendors for utilities, repairs, housekeeping, supplies
- Build systems for operational discipline and efficiency
Customer Support (Critical Area):- Own customer support end-to-end
- Handle customer escalations, complaints, refunds, exchanges
- Ensure excellent customer communication across WhatsApp, email, calls, marketplaces
- Build systems to improve response time and customer experience
Coordination Across Teams:- Work closely with warehouse, operations, founders, and accounts
- Ensure no breakdowns due to people, communication, or admin gaps

- Experience in HR / Admin / Customer Support / Operations
- Strong understanding of payroll, compliance, and employee documentation
- Comfortable handling both people and ground execution
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Highly organized and process-oriented
- Can manage chaos and still ensure execution happens
⚠️ Ground Reality
- This role involves working across warehouse + office
- Requires handling real-time issues daily
- This is a high ownership, execution-heavy role, not a desk-only HR role
- Compensation may start at a modest scale initially, but ownership and growth potential are significant
