We are a growing certified organic & herbal extracts export company looking for an immediate joiner — a dynamic all-rounder to work closely with the Managing Director.
Role Highlights:
- End-to-end HR (hiring, training, employee management)
- Handle admin, documentation, and compliance
- Coordinate across production, quality, sales & logistics
- Act as a key support to the MD in execution
- Drive operations and ensure smooth workflow
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- 2–5 years' experience (preferably export/manufacturing/herbal/food industry)
- Strong ownership, coordination & decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently 5
- Need to work in long term with the company
