- Employee relations & engagement
- Performance management support
- HR compliance & policy implementation
- Training & development coordination
- Payroll & benefits support
- Lead & manage a team of 2-3 HR/Admin Executives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/ Master's in HR or related field
- 5+ years' HR experience
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Labour laws & HR practices.
