HR & Admin Executive
Gurugram | Full-Time
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Maintain HR records, contracts, and compliance activities
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and office events
- Manage HRMS activities in Odoo (Payroll, Time Off, Employee Records, Expenses)
- Oversee office administration, vendor coordination, stationery, and telecom management
- Verify travel expenses and prepare MIS reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in HR & Administration
- Knowledge of payroll, HR compliance, and HRMS platforms (preferably Odoo)
- Good communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
