Summary:
We are looking for a proactive HR & Admin Executive to support day-to-day human resources and administrative operations in our IT company. The role involves recruitment coordination, employee lifecycle support, HR documentation, payroll assistance, and office administration, ensuring smooth internal operations and positive employee experience.
Responsibilities
Human Resources Operations
o Assist in end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles (job postings, screening, interview coordination).
o Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
o Maintain employee records, appraisals, HR databases, and documentation.
o Support performance management and appraisal processes.
o Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
o Handle attendance, leave management, and HR queries.
o Support HR policies and ensure adherence to company procedures.
Payroll & Compliance Support
o Assist in payroll processing by coordinating with finance and external vendors.
o Maintain statutory records and support compliance with labor laws.
o Prepare HR reports, MIS, and employee data as required.
o Support audits and inspections related to HR and admin.
Administration & Facilities
o Manage office administration, facilities, and vendor coordination.
o Handle office supplies, assets, and inventory management.
o Support travel arrangements, logistics, and accommodation coordination.
o Ensure a clean, safe, and organized office environment.
o Assist in event coordination and internal meetings.
Qualifications
o Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
o 3–5 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably in an IT company.
o Basic knowledge of HR processes, labour laws, and payroll coordination.
o Experience using HRMS or recruitment tools.
