Role Overview


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, and administrative functions. This role requires a hands-on professional who can independently manage people operations while supporting leadership with structured HR processes in a fast-paced agency setup.


Key Responsibilities


Recruitment & Hiring

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollouts, and joining formalities
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring requirements


HR Operations

  • Draft, issue, and maintain HR documents including LOIs, offer letters, NDAs, appointment letters, and contracts
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR MIS, and documentation


Attendance, Payroll & Compliance

  • Track attendance, leaves, and working hours
  • Coordinate basic payroll inputs with accounts/finance teams
  • Support compliance with HR policies, labor basics, and internal process discipline


Performance & Employee Lifecycle

  • Assist in probation reviews, performance tracking, and appraisal processes
  • Support employee engagement and HR process improvements


Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare HR reports for management review
  • Support day-to-day admin and people operations as require


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • 1–3 years of experience as an HR Executive / HR & Admin Executive
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations
  • Working knowledge of HR documentation and basic labor laws
  • Strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Excel
  • Experience using HRMS / ATS tools is preferred
  • Prior experience in an agency, startup, or service-based company is an added advantage
