About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator to join our team at Apex Mart. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our office, supporting human resources functions, and overseeing procurement activities. This role requires a versatile individual who can handle multiple responsibilities efficiently, ensuring smooth business operations. The Office Administrator will act as a key support figure within the organization, facilitating communication between departments, managing documentation, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in office administration, HR, or procurement roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Experience in vendor management and procurement processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily office administration activities, including documentation, filing, and correspondence.
  • Support recruitment processes, including posting job vacancies, screening candidates, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Ensure HR compliance by updating policies and maintaining relevant records.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotations, process purchase orders, and manage procurement records.
  • Track deliveries and ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
