We are hiring an HR & Admin Executive at Cybermind Works.
We are looking for a hands-on, organized, and proactive HR/Admin professional who can support recruitment, HR operations, office administration, employee engagement, compliance coordination, and basic accounts documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Support end-to-end hiring for technology, sales, marketing, accounts, and operations roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, campus hiring, and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews, manage follow-ups, support offer discussions, and ensure smooth joining.
- Screen candidates for communication, ownership, attitude, and culture fit.
HR Operations
- Manage onboarding, induction, employee records, joining documents, and HR letters.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and employee master data.
- Support exit formalities, No-Dues clearance, asset collection, and Full & Final inputs.
- Maintain HR MIS, reports, and documentation.
Compliance & Employee Support
- Coordinate PF, ESI, PT, gratuity, bonus, Form 16, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Support HR policy documentation, audits, and process improvements.
- Act as the point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and policy clarifications.
Performance, Training & Culture
- Support performance reviews, appraisal cycles, and employee development initiatives.
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
- Plan employee engagement activities including birthdays, festivals, town halls, and team events.
Office Administration
- Ensure smooth office operations including housekeeping, pantry, office supplies, vendors, assets, and facility coordination.
- Track inventory, maintain asset records, manage vendor coordination, and support travel/meeting arrangements.
- Coordinate courier, stationery, printer, internet, facility, and repair-related requirements.
Expenses, Invoices & Basic Accounts Documentation
- Track office expenses, petty cash, employee reimbursements, vendor bills, and recurring office costs.
- Collect, verify, and organize invoices, receipts, bills, and supporting documents.
- Maintain basic expense trackers, payment records, reimbursement records, and vendor payment follow-up sheets.
- Coordinate invoice submission, payment follow-ups, and documentation for recurring expenses.
- Ensure all expense and invoice-related records are updated accurately and available when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; BBA, B.Com, MBA HR, or MSW HR preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, administration, vendor coordination, and expense tracking.
- Strong communication, follow-up, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS tools.
- Basic understanding of invoices, expenses, reimbursements, petty cash, and accounts documentation is preferred.
- Prior experience in a startup, IT services, or fast-paced company is preferred.
