Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including daily HRIS updates, employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
- Process payroll coordination—collect timesheets, validate inputs, liaise with payroll provider, and resolve payroll queries.
- Own recruitment lifecycle: create job posts, source candidates (Naukri/LinkedIn), shortlist, schedule interviews, and coordinate offers and onboarding.
- Maintain statutory and personnel documentation; support compliance activities and coordinate with vendors for statutory filings.
- Oversee office administration: vendor management, procurement, asset tracking, and workplace facilities to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Serve as HR point-of-contact for employees—address routine queries, maintain confidentiality, and escalate HR issues to management.
