Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an HR & Admin Executive – Talent & Operations. The role involves managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and facilitating talent acquisition processes. Responsibilities also include developing and maintaining effective human resources management practices while supporting day-to-day organizational operations aligned with Synlumex AI’s innovative goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) fundamentals
- Proficiency in HR Operations and implementing HR Policies
- Experience in handling Employee Relations effectively
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Familiarity with HR technology platforms or interest in AI-driven solutions is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
