Role Overview
This is a plant-level operational HR role involving complete management of factory HR operations, compliance, and administration. Candidates must be comfortable working in a factory environment (not a corporate office role).
Key Responsibilities
A. Recruitment, Onboarding & L&D
• Manage recruitment, induction & onboarding
• Handle employee lifecycle management
• Coordinate training & development initiatives
B. HR Operations
• Manage attendance & leave records
• Handle payroll inputs coordination
• Maintain PF & ESIC documentation
• Manage joining & exit formalities
• Handle shop-floor employee concerns
C. Compliance
• Maintain Factory Act documentation
• Ensure labour law compliance records
• Handle inspection coordination
• Manage contract labour compliance
D. Administration
• Coordinate with housekeeping & security vendors
• Manage uniform issuance & tracking
• Maintain discipline at plant level
• Oversee general facility administration
Candidate Requirements
• 3–4 years of experience in manufacturing / factory HR
• Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, Labour Laws & Compliance
• Experience handling blue-collar workforce
• Strong documentation & coordination skills
• Comfortable working in a plant environment
Candidate Criteria (Important)
Currently working in manufacturing setup
Stable job history (1–2 years in recent organization)
Salary expectation within ₹25–26K budget
Immediate or ≤15 days notice period
