We are a growing, U.S.-based third-party construction company specializing in hotel projects. We are seeking a highly organized HR and Admin Associate to support daily human resources operations and office administration. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage recruitment, employee records, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment support, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Maintain employee records, documents, and HR trackers covering attendance, leave, and onboarding status.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, including documentation, orientation coordination, and policy explanation.
- Support payroll coordination by maintaining attendance and required employee data.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as office coordination, vendor follow-ups, and record keeping.
- Maintain HR policies, employee databases, and compliance-related documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Track deadlines for HR activities such as appraisals, confirmations, and document renewals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR and admin queries.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR, Admin, or office coordination preferred.
- Basic understanding of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and general office tools.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
