Role Overview
This role sits at the centre of the company’s daily operations. You will work directly with the Founder’s Office to ensure smooth execution across accounts, HR coordination, compliance tracking, and office administration.
The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced startup environment.
This is not a conventional back office role - it requires ownership, discipline, and strong execution capability.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinance & Accounts Coordination
- Manage daily financial tracking including expenses, cash flow, and payment records
- Maintain structured trackers and operational reports for the accounts team
- Coordinate bank transactions, vendor payments, reimbursements, and financial follow-ups
- Ensure financial documentation and records are maintained accurately
HR & Hiring Execution
- Coordinate hiring activities including interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records, compliance documents, and operational HR trackers
- Support onboarding and day-to-day employee coordination
- Ensure documentation readiness and process discipline across HR operations
Founder’s Office Execution
- Act as an execution arm for the Founder’s Office across multiple functions
- Assist in operational coordination and internal process management
- Ensure tasks are completed with minimal follow-ups and strong accountability
Office Administration
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative discipline
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for smooth functioning
- Maintain operational efficiency across routine activities

- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and operational reporting
- Basic understanding of accounts, compliance, and administrative processes
