As a shared service provider, the organization equips global stakeholders across the DKMS network to provide life-saving treatments to more patients.


Position Summary

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be the face of DKMS India to potential candidates. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing energetic professionals for donor recruitment and marketing to specialized medical and administrative roles. You won't just be "filling seats"—you will be building the team that saves lives.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·      Manage the entire hiring process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

·      Partner with department heads to understand their unique needs and define selection criteria.

·      Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to find mission-driven talent.

·      Ensure every applicant has a positive, professional experience that reflects the compassionate nature of our organization.

·      Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a seamless transition for new hires from "candidate" to "mission-driven employee."

·      Maintain accurate records and provide monthly reports on hiring metrics.

·      Knowledge of Industry benchmarking and salary insights

·      Familiarity with HRMS, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

·      Desire to work as a team with a result-driven approach


 

QUALIFICATIONS:

·      3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (Agency or In-house). Experience in the NGO, Healthcare, or Lifesciences sector is a plus.

·      Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

·      Experience using HR analytics tools, LMS and HRIS platforms.

·      Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
