Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Kukatpally, Hyderabad, for HR – Placements & Corporate Relations. The role requires managing placement activities, building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners, coordinating recruitment processes, and ensuring smooth onboarding of students with organizations. The role also involves creating, implementing, and updating HR policies, and working closely with the management to develop strategies for enhancing placement outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) management and HR policies.
- Experience in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management practices.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage corporate relations and recruitment processes effectively.
- Ability to strategize and implement plans for enhancing student placements and corporate partnerships.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in education or training institutions, is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and build professional networks.
Salary: 20k to 25k per month based upon experience
