Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service, Packaging, and Shipping Specialist at HOWL Campfires in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. This Specialist will:

• Develop technical knowledge of HOWL’s products 
• Communicate with customers via phone and email
• Guide customers to purchase the right tools for their situations
• Guide customers through troubleshooting processes
• Clean and Box HOWL Products
• Print shipping labels and manage the record of shipped items
• Order, receive and organize packaging materials inventory

Qualifications

• Experience at an outdoor gear company or automotive shop is preferred
• Experience with Shopify, ShipStation, and Gorgias preferred
• Must have experience providing customer service in written and verbal form
• Must be able to stand for long periods
• Must enjoy meeting new people and helping them problem solve
• Must enjoy learning and taking direction
• Must be detail oriented and willing to speak up if something's not right

Compensation and Benefits

• $22/hr to start
• Health, Dental, Vision Insurance available after 30 days
• 3 Weeks PTO accrued per year
• Schedule is four 10-hour days, 6a-4p Monday – Thursday. Fridays off.
