About the role

Support Workers play a key role in supporting residents to live happy and independent lives. You'll help our residents with everyday tasks, as well as engaging them in social activities to support their health and wellbeing. You'll also provide companionship and build strong relationships with our residents. The role of a Support Worker is varied and fulfilling. From assisting with personal care, to helping with meal preparation, to taking residents on trips and activities, you'll make a real difference to the lives of our residents. You don't need any previous experience, as full training will be provided. What's most important is that you have a passion for caring for older people and a desire to make a positive impact on their lives.
