Role Description
We are looking for a Housekeeping Training Officer to train, guide, and monitor housekeeping staff across facility management operations. The candidate will be responsible for conducting induction programs, skill development sessions, SOP training, grooming standards, and ensuring quality service delivery at client sites
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct onboarding and induction training for housekeeping staff.
- Train employees on housekeeping SOPs, cleaning procedures, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Monitor housekeeping operations and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct refresher training programs and skill enhancement sessions.
- Evaluate staff performance and identify training needs.
- Ensure proper usage of cleaning chemicals, machines, and equipment.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and assessment reports.
- Coordinate with operations teams for manpower training requirements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
- Support audits and client inspections related to housekeeping standards
Required Skills & Competencies
- Good knowledge of housekeeping operations and facility management practices.
- Strong training and presentation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle large teams and conduct practical demonstrations.
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reporting).
Qualifications
- Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field.
- Certification in housekeeping or training will be an added advantage
Candidate Role
- Experience in corporate, hospital, commercial, or industrial facility management.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel across sites if required.
