Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Trainer, based in the Ahemdabad Division. The Housekeeping Trainer will be responsible for conducting training programs for housekeeping staff, ensuring adherence to cleaning protocols and standards, and implementing best practices. The trainer will evaluate staff performance, offer constructive feedback, and work on developing new training modules as needed to enhance service quality. Regular assessments and maintaining compliance with operational safety and hygiene standards will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping techniques, cleaning procedures, and equipment usage
- Experience in delivering training and developing training modules
- Interpersonal and communication skills for effectively coaching and mentoring staff
- Proficiency in teaching safety standards and hygiene protocols
- Leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt training techniques to suit diverse learning styles
- Prior experience in facility management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in English and local languages to effectively communicate with teams
