Role Description
The Housekeeping Trainer is a full-time position based on-site in New Delhi. The role is responsible for conducting training sessions for housekeeping staff, developing and updating training materials, and ensuring adherence to best practices and standard operating procedures. The trainer will also assess team performance, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with management to identify training needs and improvement areas. The candidate will play a significant role in maintaining high standards in cleanliness, hygiene, and housekeeping operations.
Qualifications
- Expertise in housekeeping procedures, hygiene standards, and standard operating procedures
- Strong presentation and training delivery skills to effectively communicate operational standards and techniques
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment and materials, as well as workplace safety and sanitation protocols
- Prior experience creating and implementing training programs specific to housekeeping roles
- Excellent interpersonal, mentoring, and team management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with MS Office tools for creating and managing training documentation
- Relevant certification in hospitality, housekeeping, or training and development is a plus
