Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Supervisor located in Jaipur. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. Responsibilities include staff supervision, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, conducting inspections, coordinating with the laundry team, addressing guest concerns, and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies. The role requires active collaboration with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- Supervisory skills, including experience in team leadership and ability to manage housekeeping staff effectively
- Proficiency in housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and maintenance of rooms and public spaces
- Experience in laundry operations, including understanding of proper cleaning techniques and equipment care
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on ensuring guest satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred
