Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Supervisor based in Khairatabad. The position involves overseeing day-to-day housekeeping operations, training and supervising the housekeeping staff, managing and scheduling tasks such as cleaning and organizing, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also entails monitoring the quality of work, maintaining housekeeping equipment, and upholding health and safety standards in line with company policies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Supervisory Skills to manage and oversee daily activities and staff effectively
- Experience in Housekeeping and Laundry services to ensure high service standards
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to address client concerns and build positive relationships
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in high-traffic areas
- Experience in facilities management or similar roles is a plus
- A diploma or certification in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is advantageous
