Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Supervisor at PVRINOX Pictures located in Jammu. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping activities, ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of the premises, and managing a team of housekeeping staff. Additional responsibilities include inventory management for cleaning supplies, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards, providing training to staff, and addressing guest feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills with experience in team management and task delegation
- Proficiency in housekeeping tasks, including cleaning operations and handling laundry services
- Excellent Customer Service skills to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with team members, guests, and management effectively
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality management is preferred
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Ability to work in on-site roles in a dynamic environment
