Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Supervisor, based in Jabalpur. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee the housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and high standards within the property. Responsibilities include supervising housekeeping staff, managing laundry services, maintaining inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service, and enforcing safety protocols and cleanliness standards. The role also requires collaborating with management and other departments for seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated Supervisory Skills, including the ability to lead and manage housekeeping staff effectively
- Knowledge and experience in efficient Housekeeping and Laundry operations
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure guest satisfaction and address inquiries
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain cleaning standards
- Relevant experience in hospitality or facility management is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in housekeeping management or related fields are an advantage
