Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Housekeeping Supervisor. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping team to ensure the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the clinic. Responsibilities include supervising housekeeping staff, scheduling and managing cleaning routines, maintaining an inventory of supplies, overseeing laundry services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through top-tier service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven Supervisory Skills, including managing and coordinating staff activities
- Experience with Housekeeping and Laundry operations to maintain cleanliness and functionality
- Strong Customer Service skills to address client needs and uphold service quality
- Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, healthcare-oriented environment
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards and equipment maintenance
- Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with healthcare facilities are a plus
