Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Supervisor based in Hyderabad. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean, organized, and maintained to the highest standard. Responsibilities include supervising housekeeping staff, coordinating with the laundry team, managing guest service requests, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. This role also requires effective communication and problem-solving to consistently enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and lead a team, delegate tasks, and ensure operational efficiency
- Proficiency in Housekeeping and Laundry practices to maintain a clean and organized environment
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to address guest needs effectively and promote a welcoming atmosphere
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in hospitality is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and ensure high standards under pressure
- Previous experience in a housekeeping or hospitality supervisory role is highly preferred
