Role Description The Housekeeping Supervisor role at Magostays is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhimavaram. This role involves overseeing daily housekeeping operations across assigned properties, ensuring rooms and common areas are cleaned, organized, and maintained to company standards. The Housekeeping Supervisor will assign tasks to housekeeping staff, monitor performance, and provide guidance and training as needed. Responsibilities include inspecting rooms and facilities, coordinating laundry services, managing housekeeping supplies, and reporting maintenance issues. The role also requires regular interaction with guests and internal teams to address housekeeping-related requests and support a positive guest experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills to lead, train, and coordinate housekeeping teams effectively.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Housekeeping and practical skills in cleaning procedures, standards, and safety practices.
- Candidates should possess experience with Laundry operations, including handling linens, fabrics, and cleaning equipment.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service abilities to respond to guest requests and maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Attention to detail in monitoring cooking and serving staff and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Previous experience in hospitality or property management, including housekeeping supervision, is preferred.
