Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Supervisor at Krishna Palace Hotel, located in Mumbai. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee and coordinate daily housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring all rooms and common areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet quality standards. The individual will manage housekeeping staff, inspect facilities, address guest needs, and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness protocols.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory and leadership skills, with experience in managing and motivating teams
- Practical experience and knowledge in Housekeeping and Laundry operations
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to address guest inquiries and ensure satisfaction
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Understanding of health and safety regulations; prior hotel industry experience is a plus
