Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Supervisor, based in Kasauli. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring that rooms and common areas are clean, orderly, and meet quality standards. Responsibilities include managing housekeeping staff, delegating tasks, performing quality checks, overseeing laundry operations, addressing guest requests, and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and train housekeeping staff effectively
- Experience with Housekeeping and Laundry operations
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills for interacting with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- Previous experience in hospitality or similar environment is an advantage
- Diploma or certification in hospitality management, housekeeping, or related field is a plus
