Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Housekeeping Supervisor. The role involves overseeing daily housekeeping operations, managing staff assignments, ensuring cleanliness and organization in all areas, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer service. The Housekeeping Supervisor will inspect rooms, manage laundry operations, train staff, and address guest needs to ensure a welcoming and satisfying experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management and task delegation
- Experience in Housekeeping and Laundry operations with attention to detail
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure guest satisfaction
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure
- Knowledge of cleaning supplies, equipment, and safety protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is a plus
- Prior experience in a similar role, ideally within the hospitality industry
