Role Overview
Dustino Cleaning Solutions LLP, a professional cleaning company based in Kannur, Kerala, is seeking dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisors to join our operations team across Kerala. The selected candidates will be responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping activities, leading and motivating housekeeping staff, and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and client satisfaction.
Mandatory Requirements
Driving Licence: Valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) driving licence is compulsory.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi and Malayalam (spoken and written) is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
Education: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management from a recognised institution.
Experience: Prior experience in housekeeping operations (hotel, resort, or facility management) is a distinct advantage.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across all assigned areas and floors.
• Conduct thorough inspection of premises, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with established cleanliness standards.
• Train, guide, appraise, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver consistent service excellence.
• Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment; coordinate timely replenishment.
• Report maintenance defects, equipment failures, and safety concerns to the relevant department promptly.
• Liaise effectively with clients and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare duty rosters, maintain attendance records, and support management in administrative tasks.
Probation Period
The first three (3) months of employment shall be considered a probationary period. During this period, the full CTC structure detailed below will apply from the date of joining. Confirmation of employment is subject to satisfactory performance during the probation period.
Salary Scale
Salary: Rupees 18000/- to 25000/-

Working Hours: As per site requirements and client operational schedules.
Weekly Off: One day off per week as per company schedule.

Probation Period: First 3 months — full CTC applies from date of joining. Confirmation subject to satisfactory performance.
