Job Description – Housekeeping Supervisor
Location: Udaipur
Shift: Rotational Shift
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee and manage housekeeping operations at our client site in Udaipur. The role requires maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace upkeep while ensuring smooth team coordination across rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Team Supervision & Operations
- Supervise housekeeping staff and allocate daily duties as per operational requirements
- Prepare and manage shift rosters for rotational shifts
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and discipline of housekeeping staff
- Ensure smooth shift handovers and task completion
Housekeeping & Facility Management
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across office premises, workstations, washrooms, pantry, and common areas
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and service standards
- Ensure timely waste disposal and sanitation processes
- Coordinate deep cleaning schedules and special cleaning activities
Inventory & Material Management
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and consumables inventory
- Raise material requirements and maintain stock records
- Ensure proper usage and storage of cleaning equipment and materials
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, hygiene protocols, and safety guidelines
- Report maintenance issues or hazards to the concerned department
- Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment as per safety norms
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily housekeeping reports and attendance records
- Coordinate with facility management, administration, and client representatives
- Handle complaints or service requests related to housekeeping operations
Eligibility Criteria
- 3–5 years of experience in housekeeping supervision or facility management
- Experience in corporate office, IT office, hotel, hospital, or commercial setup preferred
- Strong team handling and supervisory skills
- Basic knowledge of housekeeping chemicals, equipment, and hygiene standards
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
