Job details:
• Manage housekeeping operations across cafés—cleaning, hygiene & deep cleaning
• Ensure daily staff deployment; coordinate with agencies & update attendance to Facility, Operations & TSG teams
• Conduct staff training, orientation & performance checks
• Maintain consumables and equipment availability across all outlets
• Coordinate monthly pest control, maintain IPM files & lead quarterly audit closures
• Prepare weekly & monthly cleaning performance reports
• Host fortnightly review meetings with housekeeping, pest control & operations teams
• Enforce cleanliness standards and documentation across all café locations
