Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor for an on-site role at our Madurai location. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are consistently met. Responsibilities include managing housekeeping and laundry staff, coordinating schedules, inspecting work quality, maintaining cleaning supplies, and addressing feedback from patients and staff regarding facility cleanliness. The role also involves training staff and upholding a high standard of customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills with experience in managing and motivating teams
- Knowledge and expertise in Housekeeping practices and Laundry operations
- Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure a positive experience for patients and staff
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a healthcare or hospital setting is an advantage
- Ability to manage supplies and maintain inventory levels
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in training and developing staff is a plus
