Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Supervisor located in Trivandrum. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and organization across assigned premises. They will manage and support the housekeeping team, monitor laundry services, ensure compliance with quality standards, and resolve customer service concerns. The role requires supervising workflows, coordinating staff schedules, and maintaining a positive relationship with clients and staff.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills to effectively manage and lead housekeeping teams.
- Proficiency in standard housekeeping practices and laundry operations.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to manage client relationships and address inquiries effectively.
- Experience in maintaining cleanliness standards and attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate schedules, assign tasks, and ensure quality assurance in day-to-day operations.
- Knowledge of safety and hygiene protocols related to housekeeping is a plus.
