Role Description
We are hiring for the roles of Housekeeping Supervisor, Assistant Facility Manager, and Facility Manager to oversee and manage housekeeping operations in Bengaluru. This full-time, on-site role entails supervising teams, managing daily cleaning and laundry operations, ensuring high standards of hygiene, and delivering excellent customer service. The roles also involve ensuring compliance with company standards and addressing client requirements promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to manage teams effectively and oversee daily operations
- Knowledge and experience in Housekeeping and Laundry management
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to address client needs and ensure satisfaction
- Prior experience in facilities management or related fields is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Preferred qualifications include a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
