Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Belgaum for a Housekeeping Staff member. The individual in this role will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness across designated areas, including cleaning rooms, managing laundry services, and upholding hygiene standards. Additional responsibilities include ensuring a welcoming environment, reporting any maintenance or repair needs, and assisting guests with courteous and professional customer service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Housekeeping and Laundry management
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with a focus on creating positive guest experiences
- Ability to train and collaborate with team members to maintain operational standards
- Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
- Basic knowledge of safety and hygiene practices in a hospitality setting
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus
