Role Description
The Housekeeping Trainer position is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.Responsibilities include overseeing daily cleaning tasks, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across designated areas, handling laundry operations, and ensuring high standards of service. The role also involves addressing customer needs, responding to service-related queries, and providing assistance to ensure a seamless client experience. Training and mentoring team members in housekeeping practices may also be required to uphold quality and efficiency in operations.
Responsibilities
- Train new and existing housekeeping staff
- Teach cleaning procedures and safety practices
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
- Conduct room/area inspections
- Ensure proper use of cleaning materials and equipment
- Maintain training records
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality (preferred)
- 3–5 years of housekeeping experience
- Good communication and training skills
- Location - Bengaluru
- Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days
