Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Specialist located at our New Delhi campus. The Housekeeping Specialist will be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment, overseeing laundry services, and ensuring that all facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with team members for daily housekeeping operations, addressing customer service requests, and adhering to institutional cleanliness protocols.
Requirements
- Graduation in Hospitality is a must with Minimum 07 Years of Experience in 5 Star hotels. If Masters will be preferred.
- Outstanding communication skills with a presentable and pleasant personality.
- Successful work experience with thinking ability, creative, strong in follow ups, and strong on team handling.
- Salary as per the Industry standards, your own personality and knowledge
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Housekeeping and Laundry operations
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in providing guidance and Training to team members
- Understanding of safety and hygiene standards in a hospitality environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
