Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Specialist located in Pune Division. The Housekeeping Specialist will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across all areas of the property. Daily tasks include cleaning of living spaces, restrooms, and common areas, managing laundry services, and ensuring the general upkeep of the facilities. The role also involves assisting residents with housekeeping requests and contributing to a comfortable and welcoming environment. Additionally, the Specialist will be required to communicate effectively with team members and provide exceptional service to residents.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Housekeeping and Laundry services to ensure cleanliness and organization of living spaces
- Strong Customer Service skills to address residents' needs efficiently and professionally
- Effective Communication skills to interact with residents, colleagues, and supervisors
- Experience in training new team members is an advantage
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work in a team environment
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Physical capability to handle tasks requiring manual effort
