Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Abu Road for a Housekeeping Senior Guest Service Associate. The role involves supervising and supporting housekeeping operations to ensure that rooms and common areas are clean, properly organized, and meet the resort’s high standards. You will assist guests with their needs, handle inquiries, and coordinate requests in a professional and friendly manner. Additional responsibilities include overseeing room set-up, maintaining inventory of housekeeping supplies, and ensuring adherence to health and safety policies.
Qualifications
- Guest Services and Guest Service skills to ensure the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
- Customer Service and Reservations skills to address guest needs, efficiently manage bookings, and provide accurate information.
- Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with guests, staff, and management.
- Ability to multitask and remain detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in the hospitality or housekeeping industry, with a background in leadership roles preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse and dynamic team.
- Familiarity with health and safety guidelines relevant to housekeeping and hospitality operations.
- Diploma or certification in hospitality management or a related field is an advantage.
