Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Housekeeping Room Attendant located in Hyderabad. The role involves performing cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and order in assigned rooms or areas. The Room Attendant will be responsible for attending to guest needs, replenishing supplies and linens, handling laundry, and reporting any maintenance issues promptly. The position also demands adherence to safety and hygiene standards and providing excellent customer service as required.
Qualifications
- Housekeeping and Laundry skills to ensure clean and well-maintained rooms
- Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with guests when required
- Willingness to receive and apply Training for maintaining industry standards
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining cleanliness and efficiency
- Physical stamina to manage tasks such as lifting, bending, and long hours on foot
- Prior housekeeping or room attendant experience is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of hygiene practices and safety protocols
