As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay.
Responsibilities
- Greeting guests warmly and responding to their queries with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Ensuring impeccable cleanliness and hygiene by changing bed linen, making beds, and replacing used towels and bathroom amenities.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms by sweeping, mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, and dusting and polishing furniture.
- Taking care of public areas, such as corridors, and maintaining their cleanliness.
- Restocking minibars with beverages and food items to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Reporting any technical issues or maintenance needs promptly to the appropriate departments.
- Keeping track of guest room status and updating the assignment sheet accordingly.
- Efficiently returning and restocking the cleaning cart at the end of each shift.
