Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Room Attendant, based in Mumbai. Responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, changing linens, replenishing amenities, handling laundry, and ensuring all rooms meet quality standards. The role also requires providing excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Qualifications
- Experience in essential housekeeping tasks such as cleaning rooms and maintaining cleanliness
- Skills in coordinating and managing laundry services
- Strong communication and customer service skills for guest interaction
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and follow safety and hygiene protocols
- Prior experience in similar roles is an advantage but not required
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Location : Alibag ( Madwa)
