Role Description
The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping team to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all school facilities. Key responsibilities include supervising housekeeping staff, managing laundry operations, scheduling and assigning tasks, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rohtak.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and train a team effectively
- Experience in managing Laundry operations and ensuring efficient workflows
- Proficient Customer Service and Communication skills for interactions with staff and stakeholders
- Experience in Hiring and onboarding processes for housekeeping staff
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of health and safety standards related to housekeeping and facility management
- Previous experience in a similar role within an educational or hospitality environment is an asset
- A diploma or certification in hospitality management or related fields is a plus
