Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Andhra Pradesh, India, for a Housekeeping Manager. The Housekeeping Manager will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met, and supervise the laundry services. The role involves creating and maintaining schedules, hiring and training housekeeping staff, and meeting customer service expectations to support a pleasant patient and visitor experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management, delegation, and performance monitoring
- Experience in managing Laundry operations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to provide a positive experience for patients and visitors
- Proficiency in Hiring, onboarding, and training staff for the housekeeping department
- Attention to detail and familiarity with sanitation and safety standards
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hospital environment
- Experience in the healthcare industry or related fields preferred
- Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management or related discipline is an added advantage
