Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Housekeeping Janitors based in Anna Nagar, Chennai. Responsibilities include performing daily cleaning and maintenance tasks, ensuring hygienic and organized facilities, and managing general janitorial duties. The role involves interacting with clients or staff on-site and upholding high standards of cleanliness, while adhering to established guidelines and schedules.
Qualifications
- Experience in Janitorial Services and Housekeeping tasks
- Basic Customer Service and interpersonal communication skills
- Willingness to participate in on-the-job Training sessions
- Ability to adapt to organizational needs and cooperate effectively as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene
- Prior experience in facility management or related roles is a plus
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
